RUBEN DIAZ VAZQUEZ, age 69, passed away Monday, May 5, 2025. Beloved husband of Marisol Silva; Loving father of Jennifer Diaz, Jinsky Diaz, Kristal Diaz, and the late Christian; grandfather of many; brother of Alejandrina, David, Elba, Tabitha, Miguel, Aida, Raquel, Gladys, Julio, Jacqueline, Jorge, and the late Wilfredo and Esther; uncle of many.
Ruben was very handy, he worked his whole life in construction and loved building and fixing things. He even knew how to sew and was a great cook. Ruben enjoyed entertaining and spent much time making people happy.
Come celebrate Ruben’s life Friday, May 9, from 4-8pm at Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal M.I. Shalom Adonai, 4142 Clark Ave. Funeral service at the church Saturday, may 10, at 11am. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
