Viola Jean Terrell

world at home on December 21, 2022. Viola was born on March 1, 1931

to Viola and Edward Johnson in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the youngest of

14 children.

She graduated from Oakwood Adventist Academy in Huntsville, Alabama

in 1947. She went on to study Business Administration at Cleveland State

and later landed a job with the State of Ohio. She served the state of Ohio

for over 30 years, retiring as an Equal Opportunity Employment Specialist.

Viola dedicated her life to enhancing others.

She met and married Norris Terrell and they had a son Alvin Norris Terrell.

She later had two daughters Sanetta and Sabrina Terrell.

Viola led an active life. She enjoyed skating, tennis, bowling, dance, and

most of all sending cards and encouragement to her family and friends.

Viola was devoted to her family.

Viola was preceded in death by Norris Terrell (husband) and Alvin Norris

Terrell (son). She is survived by daughters Sanetta and Sabrina Terrell.

Grand-children Sabrina Johnson (husband Calvin), Darnell Rencher (wife

Raneisha), Amber Rencher, Ronnetta Rencher, and Sheron Edmonds. A

host of great grand children, family and friends.
