Carl Lubitski

Carl Lubitski from North Haven CT and formerly from Bradenton FL passed away after a long illness at age 90. He was born in Waterbury to the late Susie Brazee and Carl Lubitski Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Martini Lubitski; children, Carl III (Aroha), Craig (Dianne), and Gina Marenna, grandchildren; Joseph and Anthony; nieces and nephews. Carl was predeceased by his first wife Claire Pichette, his son Robert, his daughter Lori, and his brother Gregory.

Carl was a graduate of Clark University in Massachusetts, and he retired from the State of Connecticut, Department of Children and Family Services.

He had been elected twice as the Exalted Ruler of the Westbrook Elks Lodge, serving in 1995 and 2000. Carl loved ballroom dancing competing all over the US with Carolyn. He also enjoyed golf, and world-wide travel.

Calling hours will be held on January 17, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Swan Funeral Home, located at 80 East Main Street, Clinton, CT 06413.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at St Mary Church of the Visitation, 54 Grove St, Clinton, CT 06413.
