John Francis Scherber

Jack is survived by his wife Kristen L. Scherber, daughter Katelyn M. Scherber and son Derek J. Scherber of Woodbridge, VA. He is also survived by his father Frank J. Scherber of Grasonville MD and predeceased by his mother Shirley A. (MacKenzie) Scherber in 2008. Also survived by his sisters Deborah A. (Scott) Lyman of Clinton CT, Terry L. (Tod) Goodman and Laurie J. Jaindl of Centreville MD, Gay M. (Tom) Scanlon of Killingworth CT and predeceased by his twin sister Jill E. Boswell (Peter 'Bo') of Madison CT in 2016.

He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He found happiness and pride in raising his children.

Jack was a graduate of Daniel Hand High School, Madison, CT Class of 1983. He was an avid Yankee fan and had an endless love for fishing. Jack's laughter will be missed and he will stay in our hearts forever.
