Judy was born on October 12, 1960 in Middletown Connecticut. She was the daughter of Charles H. and Barbara Arlene Rutty Shaw. She was a housekeeper for many years at the Burgess Cleaning.
Besides her husband Clifton, Judy is survived by her two children; Clifton Williams Jr. and Dawn Williams. She is also survived by three grandchildren; Samantha Marie Williams, Joseph Philip Poirier, and Paige Marie Williams. She leaves behind two brothers and sister; Henry Charles Shaw Sr., Charles Henry Shaw Jr. and Nancy J. Shaw Bailey.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday May 3rd from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Swan Funeral Home, 80 E. Main St., Clinton, followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00PM at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Beaver Brook Cemetery in Clinton, CT
