Linda was born on May 18, 1956 to Frederic and June Santangelo in Brooklyn, New York and shortly after the family moved to Higganum. After high school she worked at Cheeseborough Ponds and Unilever until they left the Clinton area. From there she started another successful career at Whelen Engineering until the time of her stroke.
Linda was predeceased by her parents Frederic and June, her brothers Bob and Ron and her son Christopher Flanagan. Surviving are her husband, Gary Flanagan, two sons Tim and Michael, daughter Lauren and sister June Ann Wall of Fort Myers, Florida.
Services will be held on September 28 at 11:00 AM at St Saint Mary Church of the Visitation in Clinton followed by a cemetery service, with luncheon to follow. Location to be announced.
