Logan Patrick Acheychek

Logan Patrick Acheychek passed away suddenly on November 21, 2022 surrounded by family, after battling a short illness at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital. Logan was born on June 23, 2017 to parents Erin Lynn McKeon and Jeffery Acheychek.

Logan was a strong, happy little boy, who’s favorite pastime usually involved wrestling (or snuggling) with his big brother; though he also enjoyed spending his summers in the pool or at the beach, loved day trips to the zoo and aquarium, and was almost never without his beloved rain stick.

In his short 5 1/2 years, he has been a bright spot in this world. Cherished and loved by many, there is no way to measure how much Logan meant to his family, especially to his big brother, Ethan. Logan quickly captured the hearts of everyone he met and could often be found surrounded by friends. In Logan’s short life, he taught us all about pure love, patience and determination.

Logan is survived by his mother Erin Lynn McKeon, brother Ethan Acheychek, maternal grandparents Paul and Linda McKeon, Uncle Ryan McKeon, all of Clinton; as well as father Jeffery Acheychek of Northford, grandparents Bruce (Eva) Acheychek of Florida, Uncle Nick (Sara) Klinghammer and cousin Natalie of Indiana, and many other extended family members.
