Sandra F Galloni

Sandra Fournier Galloni of Westbrook, CT, widow of Frank Galloni passed away on May 29, after a brief illness with her family by her side. Sandra was born in Springfield, MA., on October 31, 1937 to Joseph and Mary Ferris Fournier. She leaves her children , Lisa Doerrer and her partner Ed Muzik, Frank Galloni. Michael Galloni, Cynthia Wohlers, and Christopher Galloni, two grandchildren, Matthew Doerrer and his wife Charisse and Emma Wohlers. She also leaves her sister Kathleen Hedlund and her brother Gerald Fournier and his wife Nancy. She served on the Westbrook Housing Authority, was a member of The Pukwana Club, and the Jane Austin Society in addition to several book discussion groups and bridge groups. She relocated to Westbrook in the mid eighties and fulfilled her dream of living by the ocean. Her green thumb was evident as her gardening skills displayed wonderful plants and flowers in her yard. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday June 3, at 11:00 at the Westbrook Congregational Church in Westbrook, CT. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Westbrook Library, 61 Goodspeed Dr. Westbrook, CT 06498.
