Cory James Richardson Sr., age 82, of Clinton Township, Michigan passed away on March 6, 2026. He was born February 20, 1944, in Grosse Pointe, Michigan to the late Solomon and Virginia (Hoffman) Richardson.
Cory was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. A dedicated and hardworking man, he proudly co-owned and operated Aztec Boring for more than 40 years. Cory was an avid golfer and a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus and the Eagles. In retirement, he cherished spending time with his family at the cottage in Caseville, where many fond memories were made boating together. Cory will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Cory is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Cheryl; their children, Sherie (Michael) Zink, Cory (April) Richardson Jr., Craig (Lisa) Richardson; grandchildren, Jordan (Gianna), Jamie (Eric), Cody, Payton, Chase; his siblings, Ty (Lori), David, Tim (Peggy); and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on March 10, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a Service at 7:00 pm, at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48035.
