Curt Werner Kitter I, age 93, passed away May 20, 2025. Loving husband of the late Jacqueline for 68 years. Beloved father of Curt Werner Kitter II (Sandy), Phillip, the late Randy (the late Tracy), Arthur, Christine, and Catherine McKay. Cherished grandfather of Julianna, Aliyah, Kristen, the late Carrie (Chris), Tyler, Alexander, Andrew, Ryan, Devin, Dean, and Adelina, and great grandfather of Lukas. Dear brother of Waltraud Hinz, Edelgard Van Glinski, and Helga Thelen.
Curt came to America in 1953 and attended engineering school before being drafted. He became an American citizen on June 28, 1955. He was a proud Army veteran and served from July of 1954 until June 1956 as a translator in Germany. Curt retired from General Motors Fisher Body Plant after years of dedicated service.
