Donald D. McLean, age 89, passed away July 6, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Philomena McLean; loving father of the late Robin Morgan, Carol (Randy) Rusch and Liz (Don) Andrews; father-in-law of Alan Morgan; devoted grandfather of Brock, Garrett, Coleman, Beth, Kelsey and Braden; proud great-grandfather of Bela, Wren, Luna, Katherine, Jonathan, Lincoln and Braden; dear brother of the late Bob McLean; and uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Don was a true intellectual. He loved exercising his mind by playing Chess, being a card shark and using his dry wit. He held conservative views but always listened. Don and his wife loved to travel to new places and experience them.
Memorial Service Saturday, July 16, 10:30 a.m. with gathering starting at 9:30 a.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 235201 Garfield Road, Clinton Township.
