Donald Eugene Schaffner

Beloved husband of Sharon for almost 40 years. Loving father of Tim (Shannon) Schaffner, Holly (Paul) Davidson, Jim Sells (Sally Juenemann), Jeff Sells and Joe Sells (Tina Carpenter); dear grandfather of Eric, Matthew, Shannon, Paul, Jase and Gabrielle. Don is predeceased by his parents Carl and Ruth Schaffner and siblings Dick Schaffner, Shirley Gower and Beverly Ryerson.

Don loved boating during the summer months. He enjoyed bowling and watching baseball and football. Don was a volunteer reserve on the Clinton Township Police Department before there was an official department. Don retired as Executive Vice President from L E Borden Lang Fastener after 40 years.
