Dorothy M. Gorney, age 79, passed away July 26, 2014. Dorothy was the beloved wife of the late John Gorney; loving mother of Debby (Lan Lozon) Reid, Denise (Joe) Palazzola, John (JoAnna) Gorney, Diana (Phil) Cataldo, Joe (Annette) Gorney, Jerry (Andrea Sharpe) Gorney, and Sara (the late Donald) Gouin; devoted grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 8. She was proud to have been a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary and lifetime member of Fraser VFW Post 6691. She also enjoyed volunteering her time and efforts at St. Blasé Church. Visitation Tuesday, July 29, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. wake service at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield, Clinton Township.
