Esther M. Gartner (nee Tabar), age 93, died August 18, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Victor. Dear sister of Ralph (the late Mamie) Tabar, the late Irene (the late Howard) Hool, the late Lon (the late Dorothy) Tabar, Harold (Theresa) Tabar. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She played the organ as a young girl at the Owendale Lutheran Church which later closed and combined with Linkville Lutheran Church. She retired from General Motors after 30 years of dedicated service. Visitation Friday, August 25, 2017 from 1 pm until time of interment service at 2 pm at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 43300 W 12 Mile Rd, Novi.
