George A. Hunt, age 89, passed away on January 19, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Helen D. Hunt. He is also survived by his daughters, Patricia (Terry) Barthlow and Nancy (Frank) Gysel, grandchildren; Derek Kaminski, Taryn (Brian) Mull, Sarah Gysel, Taylor (Fiancé Nicole) Barthlow, Matthew Gysel and great-granddaughter, Isabella Mull.
George loved to exercise, play bingo and socialize at the Clinton Township Senior Center. He also loved to travel with his wife, Helen. They enjoyed cruises, wintering in Florida, reading, crossword puzzles, and playing cards. George also enjoyed archery, hunting and building model airplanes. He had the gift of gab, and made friends wherever he went.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 26 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm. All services will be held at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48035.
