On behalf of the entire Amore Estates Community we would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Jan's family. She was a stalwart block captain and citizen; she will be missed by all of us. She never missed a meeting and she was always first to collect her dues for snow removal. I always enjoyed her phone calls to tell me about important issues in our community. RIP Jan.

My aunt was a very caring lady. She was always there for me in my life. Shared her flowers with me. Had a shoulder for me to lean on. Shared many family stories from the past. Her house always had an open, come as you are. .she laughed a lot and and loved to have parties with family and friends. My aunt will always be in my heart. Love you auntie jan

So many memories....she was a born story teller. My sister told the vroom story that we all remember her telling. I remember another one she told where Bobshe (spelling?) parked her lawn chair in front of the garage door to enjoy the summer weather. I believe it was David who hit the remote and your mom telling how up she went. I think she skinned her knees too!

Our family wishes yours our heartfelt sorrow in your time of need. I feel like I lost a mother too. I feel so blessed to have had her in my life. She will be greatly missed. Hugs

Your mom was a classy, funny-as-ever person that I loved dearly! I felt so very blessed to have lived across the street from the fun-loving Uruski Family (Sunday polka music and all)! Now you all know I can go on and on with my unforgettable neighborhood memories! However, since I better follow the rules (like dad), I will limit my memory to one specific story that your mom told. The one memory that stands out the most is the bike VAROOM going off during the night in Gaub's shed. The details your mom shared as to how she and Mr. Raucher found the cause of the neighborhood night noise, to spilling hot wax on Mr. Raucher's head and to finally putting a kibosh on the noise was hilarious! I could have listened to your mom tell that story over and over again! Your mom had the natural gift to make people laugh! I would seriously meet my friends later if I heard your mom (and dad) were coming over. It is memories like this (along with so many others) that I will cherish and will always, no doubt, cause me to chuckle from time to time. Rest in Peace, Jan! I love you and will miss your dearly!

URUSKI FAMILY - Thinking about you all and sending lots of love during this difficult time! I'm here if you need me! I would love to reminisce some of the fun-loving memories of your mom when you are ready! Hugs to you all!
