John Edward Kokeny Jr.

John Edward Kokeny Jr., age 73, passed away on May 13, 2021. Born to John Edward Sr. and Josephine Kokeny on January 22nd of 1948. Beloved husband to Kathleen Kokeny; dear dad to Kimberly (Michael) Holmes and Brandon Kokeny; cherished grandpa to Evan and Alaina; loving brother to Linda (the late Kent), David (Beverly), Mary Berry (Michael) and brother-in-law Diane (the late Arnie), and Betty; John is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends.

John was a veteran of the Vietnam War and worked at Hercules Machine Tool & Die for 39 years. John was an avid reader and enjoyed Detroit sports, especially football and baseball.

The family will greet friends at Kaul Funeral Home of Clinton Township on Monday, May 17th from 11:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm. Entombment to follow at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East Cemetery.
