

Kyle John Rymiszewski was born on December 11, 1993 at St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He was the son of Ken Rymiszewski and Aimee Cowher. Kyle grew up in Clinton Township, Michigan.
Kyle was raised with five siblings. He had an older brother, Austen, two older sisters, Nicole and Ashley, and two younger sisters, Abi and Ali. Kyle was usually involved in all sorts of activities with his siblings.
Kyle had a number of interests. Like most children, he enjoyed playing and making up games. He was curious about the world around him and was often eager to explore it. Kyle was an active child who took part in baseball. He was a member of DECA. In his spare time he liked video games and chess. Kyle's memorable achievements included The MVP award while playing for an All Star Baseball Team, when he was 10 years old. However, to Kyle, the most fun to be had was simply playing and spending time with his friends.
Kyle was a sophomore at Chippewa Valley High School in Clinton Township, Michigan.He recently became involved with DECA, an international association of high school kids studying marketing, management, and entrepreneurship. He enjoyed some classes more than others, having favorite subjects and teachers. His favorite class in high school was Marketing. The teacher he enjoyed learning from the most was Mr. Baumann.
Always considered a “good” friend to those he knew, Kyle enjoyed a broad group of acquaintances and several very close friends including, Brandon Tilli, Chris Meadows, Michael Lopez, and Andy Marchetti.
Kyle found pleasure in sports. Kyle was also something of a sports fan and enjoyed following his favorite events whenever he had the chance to do so. Tops on his list were Michigan and Florida football.
Kyle was always actively involved in community organizations. In elementary school Kyle was in the Cub Scouts, in middle school he joined the Chess Club, and in high school he was a member of DECA, an international business club.
Recently, Kyle attended St. Philip's Episcopal Church. He became involved in helping the primary ministries, the South Oakland Shelter and Bound Together organizations.
Kyle enjoyed traveling and vacations. It was a chance for him to relax and have fun, to visit new places and experience new things. Favorite vacations included Walt Disney World and Boracea, Brazil. He loved going to northern Michigan to spend time on the river at his Papa and Grandma's house, and on the lake at his Aunt Karen's house.
Kyle was a lover of animals and cherished his pets. He will be missed by his dog Brandy and his cats, Casey and Jack.
Kyle passed away on December 3, 2009 at Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit, Michigan. Kyle had hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. He survived and made a miraculous recovery in 2004, when he first suffered a cardiac arrest. We were blessed with five more years, until his heart needed to rest forever.
He is survived by his parents, Ken Rymiszewski, Aimee Cowher and Gary Cone; grandparents, Tom and Lucille Rymiszewski and Marty and Lydia Cowher; great grandmother Mary Kay Barron; and siblings, Nicole, Austen, Ashley, Abi, and Ali. Visitation will be Saturday and Sunday Dec.5- 6, 2009 from Noon to 9:00pm, Rosary 7:00pm, Sunday at Resurrection Funeral Home 40800 Hayes , Clinton Township, Michigan. A funeral mass will be held Monday Dec. 7, 2009 at 10:00am at St. Paul of Tarsus Catholic Community (Romeo Plank and Canal Roads). Kyle will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery, in Clinton Township, Michigan. Memorials to Children’s Cardiomyopothy Fund would be appreciated.
Simply stated, Kyle was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by his family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Kyle leaves behind him a legacy of friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life he touched will always remember Kyle John Rymiszewski.
