Mary Lavern Hastings

Mary Lavern Hastings passed away on January 21, 2020 at the age of 97. She was a resident of Lorida, Florida and Macomb County over her 97 years. Lavern was the loving wife of the late Delmar Hastings for 67 years. She is survived by her children Lessie McLeod, Delmar (Janet) Hastings Jr., and Sheryl (Ernie) Scheeres. She was the grandmother of 14, the great grandmother of 25, and the great great grandmother of 5. Lavern was greeted in heaven by her children Diane Wilson and Phyllis Jacobi.

Visitation for Lavern will take place on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from 2 to 8 pm at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road in Clinton Township. A Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at the funeral home at 11am. Friends may visit the funeral home on Wednesday beginning at 10:30am.
