Paul graduated from Austin Catholic Prep High School, University of Detroit and University of Michigan. He was longtime member of the Cadillac LaSalle and VMCCA car clubs.
Paul leaves behind his wife of 63 years, Karen (nee Hug); children, Greg (Celia) Kemp, Kristen (Mark) Fogerty, Brian (Cheryl) Kemp; grandchildren, Keelyn Fogerty, Liam Fogerty, Jacob Kemp; very dear cousins, William (Sharon) Kemp, Robert (Terri) Kemp; and many other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Catherine (Dady) Kemp.
A visitation for Paul will be held Friday, February 7, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48035. A visitation will occur Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 10:30 am until a Funeral Mass at 11:00 am at St. Thecla Catholic Church, 20740 S Nunneley Rd, Michigan, MI 48035. Entombment at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township, Michigan.
