It was August of 2019 in Breckenridge Colorado, in the foot hills of the Rocky Mountains that I realized the man Paul was and could be.
He and his dad was in the last legg of the Triathlon and Phyllis and myself was lucky enough to see the start and the finish.
I'll always remember his huggs and firm handshakes, that was Paul, who he was. He was loved in my family by everyone, he was one of my shining lights of my life.
Thank You
Paul

Pauly,

The world became a little bit dimmer Wednesday July 28th. Your smile will live on through memories, photos and in our hearts. You had such a impact on so many people and it is evident with the out pouring of love.
Shine your light down on us when we need it, when we are feeling lost without you or when we need to feel the warmth of your arms. I love you, miss you.
You have earned your wings, so fly high our angel.
Love you always and forever,
Aunt Jen

Oh Pauly,
With that huge smile, and jokingly way you had about you. The way you entered a room was magical with your swagger. No more will your strong arms wrap us up in hugs bigger than life itself. I will miss you! My heart breaks knowing your smile won't be here to brighten our lives anymore. I love you Pauly!
Love Auntie

I only saw Paul occasionally, but whenever I did, he always had a big, warm smile and was genuinely happy and enjoying life to the fullest. There was no denying how much he loved being with his family. Heaven has gained a beautiful soul. Rest in peace Paul, you were loved, truly and deeply.

Paul became a huge part of my childhood when his family moved in next door. Even though he was a few years younger than me and a few months younger than my brother, our families were immediately connected. Anywhere that my brother could be seen, Paul was right there with him. For years, Paul and my brother were inseparable. Constantly riding their bikes in the fire station parking lot or inside just hanging out with the firemen/EMTs. My heart breaks for all those that knew and loved Paul. We grew apart as we all got older, but I always enjoyed seeing him when I would go to my parents house. Rest In Peace Pauly Wog, love ya kid

There are so many memories of Paul that come to mind. He was like a brother to DJ when they were growing up…best friends one minute and mad at each other the next. Five minutes later they would be back together playing. When DJ had surgery in 2nd grade Paul was the one to threaten anyone that made fun of DJ’s stitches. They always had each other’s back. Thank you for being a friend!
