Phyllis E. Gurney, age 92, of Center Line, Michigan, passed away on November 2, 2022. She is the beloved mother of Rob (Sherie) Gurney and Keith (Cherie) Gurney; Treasured grandmother of Wendy Gurney, Michelle Gurney, Heather (Jeff) Kromer, and Samantha (Lee) Dyckson; Cherished great-grandmother of Aidan Gurney and Alice Gurney; Dearest sister of James L. Reeve. Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and siblings Albert Reeve, Ernest Reeve, and Mary Eckert.
Phyllis embraced life to the fullest. She found purpose in caring for others, but also in maintaining her independence. She particularly loved woodcarving and was very talented with it. She also enjoyed volunteering with the Red Cross, and traveling with her friends when she was able to. She will be missed deeply by both family and friends.
