Loved the way I could get out of trouble by making explosion noises (mom the bomb) or by saying things like "I feel we're drifting apart ". Once I saw the flaring nostrils, I knew I had you. I'm happy you're not suffering anymore and even though you're not here physically, I will have you in my heart forever.

Every Christmas I always think back to the fond memories I have as a child at my grandparents. Grandma greeted everyone at the door with a smile and always had a gift for every grankid under the tree. I still have my little Irish doll she gave me when I was like 12! And I'll never forget all the good times we had rockin' out on the piano in the basement. She set the example of what holidays should be about.

I hope that you have some peace and are very happy with the love of your life.which I never got the pleasure to meet,but heard a lot of great stories about you both.keep on dancing and smiling.

Smiling, sharp wit, sparkling eyes... that is how I always remember the mom of my BFF .  I have no doubt you've  got everyone laughing and singing in heaven just like you did during your time here on earth.. Till we meet again.

I do not know you personally, but have been blessed to have your daughter Eileen in our loves. You must have been an amazing person to create her and all the love she had for you. Happy birthday!

I always loved and admired you so much, Mom. No one could have asked for a more wonderful mother. I will love you and miss you for the rest of my life.

My grandmother was my godmother and the reason that my family moved from New Mexico to Michigan when I was 3. My entire childhood consisted of regular trips with my mother to spend time with my grandma at her various apartments. I always remember watching vhs tapes of animated movies while they drank tea at the table and talked. As I got older the relationship between my mother and my grandmother set a profound example for me of the bond between mother and child. I can only hope to have that level of relationship with my own mother. My grandma was my godmother and always made a special effort for me. I am proud to be Irish and to have had the fortune of spending so many years with her. Love you grandma.

I only met Mrs. Burrows once, and that will always be better than none. I am glad I was able to see her, from hearing all of the wonderful stories Francis and Mr. and Mrs. Vallejo spoke about. She was gorgeous in the photos Mrs. Vallejo showed me, as well as in person. From meeting her for only a few minutes, she seemed like she had a strong personality, especially about beards! My condolences to Mrs. Vallejo, you were always there for her.

My mom was the most dearest and precious person to me on this earth. I know eventually we will be together again and until then See you later alligator!!

Eileen, I was so sorry to hear about your mother.  She was a beautiful person and is now in a better place.   We asked Father to mention her in our prayers this morning at Mass and we will continue to pray for her, you and your entire family.  Love Gloria & Jim
