Beloved former husband of the late Virginia. Dearest father of Shirley (Quinton Fissell) Delaney, and William Delaney Jr. Dear brother of Harold, Patricia, James, Linda, David, Kathy, Tommy, and Debbie. Mr. Delaney is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
