Carrol was born on October 30, 1946, in Siloam Springs Arkansas, the daughter of Ples and Geniva Ogden. Carrol was a loving and caring, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.
Carrol was the heart and soul of our family. A constant source of love, wisdom and encouragement. She gave everything of herself to the Church, her family and to helping others. While we mourn her passing, we take comfort that her legacy lives on through her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We will forever be grateful for the unconditional love she gave us. Her kindness and warmth touched everyone she met. Losing her leaves and ache in our hearts, but also inspiration to live up to her beautiful example.
Carrol is survived by her three daughters, Paula Seals, Leanne Turner of Fresno, CA and Ashley Turner Sawyer of Edmond OK and her son Hugh Turner Jr. of Craig CO.; eight grandchildren, Tyler Haritzalde, Heather Turner, Megan Turner, Dillion Donathan, Hugh Turner III, Spencer Turner, Joshua Turner and Katelynn Turner; her four great-grandchildren Megan Ochoa, Lani Andres, Nevaeh and Abrielle Bilyeu; also survived by her sisters Brenda Bundy and Cathryn Catcher and brother David Ogden; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Refinery West McKinley Assemblies of God on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 1pm.
In honor of Carrol’s decades of service through her clothes and shoes ministry, we ask that in lieu of flowers, donations of shoes for elementary-aged children be given.
