Dylan Ian Stopinski, age 20, of Davis, California and Clovis, California entered into rest on Monday, April 29, 2024. Dylan was born in Cuba Township, Illinois to Heather Stopinski (nee Clugston) and Rick Stopinski.
Dylan attended Buchanan High School and graduated in 2022. After graduation, Dylan attended UC Davis where he was a double major in History and English to become a High School Teacher. He also played the trombone in both the Buchanan and the UC Davis Marching Bands.
Dylan held a Third Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. He also loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and hiking. Anime was a love of Dylan’s which he shared with many friends.
Dylan is survived by his father Rick Stopinski and his mother Heather Stopinski; his brother Erik Stopinski; his grandfather Donald Clugston, his step grandmother Yong Chong Clugston, his step grandfather Terence Callahan, his grandfather Hans Peter Stopinski and his step grandmother Linda Stopinski.
Dylan was preceded in death by his grandmother Cheryl Callahan, and his grandmother Cynthia Stopinski.
A Remembrance of Dylan with Family and Friends will be held Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
