Elva Gardner Stone, age 105 entered into rest on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Elva was born in Buffalo, New York to Robert John and Elizabeth (McDowell) Gardner.

Elva is survived by her daughters Sandy Johnson of Coarsegold, CA; and Linda Stone of Fresno, CA; and her son Mike Stone of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Elva was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Stone; her father Robert John Gardner and her mother Elizabeth (McDowell) Gardner; her brothers Howard Gardner and Norval Gardner.

Elva loved reading and embroidering and time with her family.

A visitation for Elva will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 10:30 AM followed by a funeral service Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Ave, Clovis, CA 93612. A committal service will occur Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Clovis Cemetery District, 305 N Villa Ave, Clovis, CA 93612.
