Eugene Edward Clarey

Gene is survived by his wife, Nadine Clarey; daughter Bev Shuemake; son Doug Clarey; and daughter Deanna Vietty (Mark); grandson Scott Shuemake (Jacob), grandson Christopher Shuemake (Shanyl), granddaughter Melissa Smith (Kaleb), grandson Jonathan Vietty, great-granddaughter Heidi Smith and great-granddaughter Naomi Smith.

Gene was preceded in death by daughter Janice Clarey; father Edward Clarey and mother Frances Clarey; sister Kathey Clarey; aunt Josephine Ulmer.

A Visitation for Gene will be held Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.

A Funeral Service will occur Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. at New Hope Community Church, 4620 East Nees Avenue, Clovis, California 93611.

A Committal Service will occur Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Belmont Memorial Park, 201 North Teilman Avenue, Fresno, CA 93706.

Serving as Pallbearers are Scott Shuemake, Christopher Shuemake, Jonathan Vietty, Kaleb Smith, Jacob Dornan and Eric Vinson.

Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Doug Clarey, Mark Vietty, Harley Miller and Johnny George.
