Everett is survived by daughter Velma Daylene Howe (Jerry); and daughter Sheila Christine Lafferty (Rick Lee); sister Evelyn Phillips, brother Tommy Rice, brother Ernest Rice, brother Rex Rice, brother Paul Rice, sister Judy Cook and sister Nancy Stanley; grandchild Jared Rice, grandchild Samantha Dunlap, grandchild Jodie Howe, grandchild Dhillon Howe, great grandchild Hailey Rice, great grandchild Taelynn Rice and great grandchild Levi Rice.

Everett was preceded in death by his wife Charlotte Ann Rice; brother Frank Rice; brother Ronnie Rice and brother Ira Rice.

A Memorial Service - 75 people total for Everett will be held Tuesday, January 26, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Community Church, 4620 East Nees Avenue, Clovis, CA 93611.
