Mrs. Hileman lived in Fresno County, with her husband, in their family home for 65 years. She and her husband were members of both the Fresno and Clovis Evangelical Free Churches. Flora graduated from Roosevelt High School in Fresno. After raising her children at home, she worked for Fresno Paving for five (5) years and the Vendo Company for 15 years.
Flora’s love for the Lord, adventures in the mountains, working in her beautiful yard, and developing a home that was warm and welcoming to our family, friends, and neighbors greatly impacted and enriched all or our lives.
Mrs. Hileman is survived by her daughter Christine Hileman; two sisters Lydia Sykes and Alice McDonald; sister-in-law Patti Langan; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James T. Hileman, son James T. Hileman Jr., and brother Lawrence W. Fhy Jr.
The graveside service will be held at Belmont Memorial Cemetery, 201 N. Teilman Ave., Fresno, CA, 93706, on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 12:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
