Jennifer Lynda Moss

July 12, 1949 January 9, 2018 Lynda Moss, a resident of Fresno, CA, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the age of 68. She was born on July 12, 1949, in Fresno, CA, to George and Helen Calhoun. Lynda graduated from Hoover High School and California State University, Fresno, with a Master of Arts degree in Education. Lynda was a third-grade teacher for Clovis Unified School District for 25 years. Lynda and Vaughn were proud members of Cross City Christian Church. Lynda was a firm believer in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Lynda leaves behind her husband of 48 years, Vaughn Moss; son, Brian Moss of Boise, ID; daughter, Heather Torigian of Fresno; sister, Kathy Maguire of Clovis, CA; and brother, George Calhoun of New York. Lynda had six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. A Memorial Service will be held at Cross City Christian Church in Fresno, CA, on Friday, January 19, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Salvation Army; Central California SPCA; or a charity of your choice.
