Kathleen is survived by her husband, Steve Minafo; her son Jacob Minafo (Gina); and her son Johnathon Minafo; her mother Stephanie Gogarty; her brother Ben Gogarty, her brother Josh Gogarty and her brother Adam Gogarty; her granddaughter Lola Minafo and her grandson Finn Minafo.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her father Desmond Gogarty; her brother Shannon Gogarty and her sister Lisa.
