Frank Woodward was a person that I knew from my distant past, but whom had left a life long mark.  Frank was married to my sister from 1981-1983.  I remember the first time I met him.  He had a warm personality and friendly smile.  Frank was a true friend and would give you the shirt right off his back.  He always made me feel right at home when I would go to Madera to visit him and my sister.  He had two wonderful boys Ray and Pugs that were a pure delight to call my nephews.  Frank was one of those one in a million guys that was genuinely  an all around good guy that I am grateful to have had the privilege to know.
