September 2, 1945 – May 9, 2026
Lynn Lee Osantowski passed away peacefully on May 9, 2026, at the age of 80. Born on September 2, 1945, Lynn lived a life filled with creativity, friendship, family, and love for the outdoors.
Lynn was a gifted and passionate crafter whose talents touched nearly every corner of the handmade arts. She was an avid quilter, sewer, baker, and cross-stitcher, earning recognition as a Fresno Fair award-winning sewer and baker. She especially treasured quilting alongside her dear friends, sharing laughter, stories, and countless beautiful creations over the years.
Her creative spirit extended into many communities and organizations she loved. Lynn was a proud member of the Jeep Club, the Spinners and Weavers, and the Lampshaders. She was also active with the San Joaquin Fly Wheelers, where she enjoyed spending time and making memories with her beloved husband, Tom. Lynn and Tom shared 61 wonderful years of marriage, building a life centered on love, family, friendship, and adventure. Together, they embraced life’s journeys and found joy in simply being side by side.
Lynn loved the outdoors and cherished camping trips with family and friends. Some of her happiest moments were spent at Edison Lake, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Dinkey Creek, and Shaver Lake. One of her most treasured traditions was the annual camping trip to Morro Bay with her grandchildren — a time filled with love, laughter, and memories that will live on for generations.
Above all else, Lynn was a devoted wife, a wonderful mother, and a deeply beloved grandmother. Her warmth, creativity, generosity, and steady presence made everyone around her feel loved and welcomed. She leaves behind a legacy stitched together with kindness, artistry, and family devotion.
Lynn will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved her, but the memories she created and the love she shared will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends.
