Richard is survived by his daughter Lisa Newton; his daughter Brenda Phillips (Chris); his daughter Cristina Reimer (Jeffrey); and his son Joseph Newton (Tara); his grandchild Shannon Moreno (Josh), his grandchild Mason Phillips, his grandchild Ryder Phillips, his grandchild Jerrett Reimer (Megan), his grandchild Jake Reimer, his grandchild Jayden Reimer, his grandchild Nicholas Newton, his grandchild Kalli Newton, his grandchild Kyah Newton, his grandchild Sylar Newton and his great-grandchild Benjamin Moreno.

A Memorial Service for Richard will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
