Aunt Sandy,  I treasure our phone calls more than you know.  I do have great memories with you and Tina when we’re growing up.  I will always wish we could have seen and been around each other more.  Every time I close my eyes and think of you I can still hear “I’m a nut” song exactly how you sang it.   I will always remember you till we meet again.

My mom turned 16 on June 13 , 1968 and 17 days later I was born and she became a mother. That’s when our journey together began, and what a journey it was. We basically raised each other and I use to joke that we were going to be old ladies together. My mom was a very strong independent opinionated women. She taught me how to fish, camp, drive a stick shift and be self sufficient. We laughed we cried we fought and sometimes I wondered who was the parent and who was the child. She had the tiniest little feet and I don’t know how she balanced on them.  She was a bookkeeper for about 25 years. She lived  in Fresno most of her life. I will  miss her so much. I love you mom and will see you again someday. 

MET SANDY IN THE LATE SEVENTIES. SHE DATED MIKE OBERTI & LIVED WITH CHUCK TROTTER , BOTH FRIENDS OF MINE ! SHE WAS A CUTE LITTLE GIRL WITH A VERY SPICEY PERSONALITY. I NICKED NAMED HE SPITFIRE ! 
WE SPOKE AWHILE BACK AS SHE EXPRESSED  HER HEALTH LIMITED HER TO JUST BE ABLE TO WALK 100 FEET OR SO --THEN WOULD JUST BE OUT OF AIR. WISH I'D DONE WHAT I THOUGHT I SHOULD DO AND MADE TIME TO JUST ONCE AGAIN  TO MEET WITH HER IN PERSON.
MY MOST BEST MEMORY WAS A QUAD RIDE AT PISMO BEACH WHERE I SCARED HER SO BAD IN THE DUNE'S WHERE SHE HELD ON FOR DEAR LIFE--LAUGHING !!
I SHALL MISS HER FOREVER !! LOVE HER  !!
