

Bill was a gifted mechanic. He started his career at age 19 working for Bretz Lumber Co. Later he worked for Clovis Unified School District Transportation Dept. He eventually retired from Fresno State in 1992 as Supervisor of Vehicle Maintenance. He also spent countless hours working at his own business, Noble’s Auto Repair, often times after completing an eight hour work day.
Bill loved to build model airplanes and create and build items for his home. He devoted himself to his wife, children and grandchildren. He would constantly sing their praises. He spent the last years caring for his wife of 63 years who battles Alzheimer’s. He did this unconditionally and with the utmost compassion.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; daughter, Patti Kisling and husband, George; son, Jeff Noble and wife Lori; grandchildren, Nikki Kisling, Tyler Kisling and his wife Ashley and Brooke and Shelby Noble.
Graveside services will be held at Clovis Cemetery on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at 10:00 am.
