Allen was born to parents Jasper D. Harness and Bertha M. Petry on July 22nd 1944 in Alvin, TX. Allen and his family lived in the Lake Jackson area for much of his life where they celebrated their faith with the 1st Methodist Church of Clute. Allen is preceded in death by his parents, Jasper & Bertha Harness.
Allen is survived by his sisters, Marilyn Ponder & Carol Adamcik; his brother, Jerry Harness; and many other extended family and loved ones.
Visitation will be held on Saturday March 14th 2015 at 10am at Restwood Funeral Home, with a Funeral Service starting at 11am. Burial to follow at Restwood Memorial Park.
