Andrew Manuel Alanis, 22 of Clute, Texas was called to be with our Lord and savior on Saturday April 20, 2019, peacefully surrounded by his family. He was born on November 11, 1996 in Galveston, Texas to Artemio and Olympia Alanis.
Andrew graduated from Brazoswood Highschool in 2015. He continued his education at Brazosport College where he was apart of the Honors society Phi Theta Kappa, and was studying to be a future Neurologist.
Andrew truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures like his love for baseball and watching the Houston Astros play. He loved education, studying, and sharing the knowledge he had to reach people in a deep and positive way. Andrew is survived by his parents, Artemio and Olympia; his sister, Emily Alanis; brothers, Oscar Alanis, Artemio Alanis Jr. (Laura, and Lilyana), Aidan Alanis; grandparents, Alfonso Alanis, and Celia P. Pena; and numerous family and friends.
He will be truly missed and forever remembered.

A Gathering to share memories of Andrew will be held at Restwood Funeral Home on Friday April 26, 2019 from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
A Celebration of Andrew's Life will be held at Restwood Funeral Home on Friday April 26, 2019 at 1:00pm, Officiating services for Andrew will be Pastor Jacinto Salazar.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Nieto, Isario Flores, Raul Aguilar, Eron Angulo, Dashawn Ozuna, Dylan Cosme, and Alex Martinez.
