Brian, I just found out your gone today and it saddened me.....although our time together was short..15 months..those months were fun and full of laughter. Good Evening, I found your name when I searched for my moms obituary on the Dignity web site. We share the last name maybe we are related. My mother Carolyn Deriso died December 27th. she was 77 and lived a good life as I'm sure Brian did.   We are very sorry for your your loss. Your loved one was so young,  .We feel your pain and hope you have many fond memories that far out number the pain you feel now. When our mourning time passes it would be interesting to see if we may have an uncle we both know. Our name sake is from the Deriso family in the Leslie Georgia area.  Such a small world.

Brian and I have worked together for many years at Design Storage and although I knew that Brian's health deteriorated it was a direct hit in the face when I learned that he had left. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. Who knew him can truly appreciate the great person he was, and still is. Funny, happy, always positive and never complaining, hard working and always ready to take on whatever the day had to offer. We had some long and great conversations over the years and I will truly miss hearing his voice. His last words after each conversation always were "Well, you have yourself a great day" and there are so many other phrases I will remember for the rest of my life. Brian, your optimism and positive outlook on life has inspired me in more ways than you can ever imagine. Rest in Peace, my friend, you will be missed.

Our condolences to Brian's family and friends. I had the privilege to work with Brian several times over the years. He always had a great outlook on life.  My wife and I both enjoyed the time we got to spend with Brian at our gatherings in the past. He was always the life of the party. He will be missed.

We are so incredibly sorry for the loss of our friend, Brian.  He was fun to be around and his "stories" ALWAYS had something funny in them.  He gave freely of his humor and loved to laugh. He valued the important things in life: FAMILY and FRIENDS!!! Tommy and I are honored to have been his friend and will miss him greatly!!!  May he rest in peace after "fighting the good fight" for so long!
