Memorial visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13 at Restwood Funeral Home & Memorial Park, Clute, Texas. Dorothy was born on January 24, 1926 to Edgar Bullock and Mary Barron Bullock in Houston, Texas. Dorothy attended school in Houston, TX before moving to Springfield, MO, where she met her husband of 67 years, Lester C. Sullivan. Marrying in 1945, Dorothy and Lester resided in Bryan, El Paso, Fort Worth, Houston, and Bangkok, Thailand. In 1984, Dorothy moved to the home she loved on the San Bernard River near Churchill, Texas. Dorothy is survived by her husband Lester; two sons, Gene and wife Jacque of Brazoria, Pat and wife Lisa of Friendswood; five grandchildren, Christa, Jake, John, Clint and Tyler; and one great grandchild, Miles.
