Momma loved to have get togethers with her family where Pop and her would BBQ for us and spend the day together laughing, playing games and cutting up. She also enjoyed and took great pride in crafting and finding new ways to decorate their yard. Recently she even found a love for gardening and loved growing her sunflowers. If you knew her, you knew love and if she loved you there was nothing that she wouldn’t do for you. Her laugh alone could make you laugh and to see the joy in her eyes when her grandchildren where with her was a beautiful thing. She’s was loved deeply and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her partner Donny Reed; sisters, Emma Esquivel (Ramiro), San Juana Delacruz (Ramon), and Manuela Hernandez; daughters, Irene Chavez (Ray) of Brazoria, Lupe Johnson of West Columbia and Mari Ybarra (Phillip) of Clute. She was also blessed with 7 grandchildren, Sergio Chavez (Esmeralda), Aliyah Beverly, Heaven Lé Ybarra, Rianna Wright, Izaiah Ybarra, Ashlyn Ybarra, Maderia Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews.
