

Jennifer Michelle Lamp, formerly of Lake Jackson, Texas, and recently from Union, Missouri, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025. She was born March 2, 1981 in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of proud parents Tim and Tricia Lamp.
Michelle is survived by her mother, Tricia; her father, Tim; her brother, Alan Lamp and his wife, Priscilla, and their son Noah, of Sugar Land, Texas; step-sisters Lindsey Lamp of Mizunami, Japan, and Lauren Lamp of Los Angeles, California; as well as her uncle and aunt, Mike and Vicki Lamp, and cousins Michael Lamp II and Julie Pearlman.
Michelle had many friends to spend her childhood years with and when she was nine, got to move to Lake Jackson, her mother’s hometown. There she grew up close to her grandmother, Dottie Allen and grandfather Cliff Allen.
Michelle graduated from Brazoswood High School in 1999. She was a member of the a cappella choir, enjoyed tennis, and was very active in her youth group at the Lake Jackson Church of Christ where she was baptized at the age of 13.
After high school, Michelle joined the Army and served a portion of her service as an MP in Germany. She told her Mother it was a tough job, but her favorite days were when they let her drive a tank. After her discharge, Michelle returned to Lake Jackson for a short time before heading off to Killeen, Texas, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Michelle truly discovered her purpose and passion when she began her journey in bodybuilding. She excelled in the sport, earning numerous medals while competing in national events. Her dedication and drive soon extended beyond the stage, as she became a passionate online motivator who inspired thousands. Through her own transformation, she became a living example of positive change and personal growth for people all over the world.
Michelle’s smile, her radiance, her optimism and her love have always been and will always be remembered as a gift to others…she will be greatly missed.
Services will be held at Restwood Funeral Home in Clute, Texas, on December 13, 2025, with visitation at 10:00 a.m. and services at 12:00 p.m. The graveside service is reserved for immediate family only.
