Leopoldo "Little Leo" Alejo Ramos

Leopoldo Alejo Ramos, age 36, of Sugar Land, Texas passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Leopoldo (aka... Little Leo) unexpectedly became ill and passed at St. Luke’s Hospital in Sugar Land. Leo was born October 1, 1985, in Galveston, Texas to Lydia Ramos.

Leo liked to listen to music with his favorite being Mariachi music. In his youth, he liked playing drums and lifting weights. Later in life he struggled with mental illness, but with family assistance he continually worked hard to stabilize his life.

He preceded his Grandmother Maria Inez Lopez Ramos in death. He is survived by his Mother Lydia Ramos, his Grandfather Leopoldo Ramos, his aunts, Delia Ramirez, Belinda Ramos Barfield, Minerva Ramos and uncle, Martin Ramos.

Visitation will be held on Thursday January 13th from 4pm to 7pm at Restwood Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 1038 West Plantation Drive, Clute, Texas 77531. To include a rosary at 6pm.

Church Services will be held on Friday January 14th from 10:30am to 11:30am at St. Jerome’s Catholic Church, 107 North Lazy Lane, Clute Texas 77531. Burial will immediately follow at the Restwood Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 1038 West Plantation Drive, Clute, Texas 77531.
