She volunteered many years as a Pink Lady at Wuesthoff Hospital and enjoyed hooking rugs.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Foster and son, Russell W. Foster. She is survived by her son, Edward M. Foster and his wife, Juanita; sister, Viola Hansen; grandchildren, Donald William Foster, John Wesley Foster and Ronald Laroy Foster; 4 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

The funeral service will be held at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 10AM.
