Halston Lynn Schroder

Halston Lynn Schroder passed peacefully in the arms of her parents on July 10, 2023. She was born at 3:05 p.m. on June 7th weighing a mighty 4.2lbs and lived a courageous life at the Medical City Children's Hospital in Dallas, Texas until she left for heaven 33 days later.

Halsey was the daughter of proud parents Daniel and Amanda Schroder. She is survived by her paternal great-grandmother Dolores Schroder; paternal grandparents Robert and Kimberly Schroder of Smyrna, GA; maternal grandparents, Timothy and Sharon Dyar of Cocoa, FL; and many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her deeply.

Halston’s life was a miracle. Diagnosed with Bilateral Renal Agenesis while in the womb, her kidneys never developed. Halston defied all odds when she joined us on Earth, and although her time was short, her presence changed us all. She was truly a little warrior, doing everything she could to stay with us. Her strength and love were an inspiration to us all. She will forever be in the hearts of her parents and family.

A graveside service will take place on Saturday, July 22nd at 11 o'clock in the morning at Brevard Memorial Cemetery (5475 North Us Highway 1 Cocoa, FL 32927). A gathering will follow.
