

Juana was born on December 19, 1940 in Havana Cuba. Rury immigrated to the United States with her husband Roberto and two year old daughter, Lissette in 1965 and settled in Cocoa Beach, Florida. In 1978 they were blessed with their son Roberto, Jr..
Over the years since arriving from Cuba, she worked diligently to help bring over her family from Cuba. Rury worked at Howard Johnson in Cocoa Beach and Pantry Pride in Merritt Island for thirteen years before buying Lynn’s Restaurant (now Roberto’s Little Havana) in Cocoa Beach with her husband in 1980. She was an integral part of the restaurant. Rury was also a homemaker and her life revolved around her children, husband and family. She was a beautiful woman with a good heart and amazing smile and will be missed by many. Her last few years were spent fighting a long term illness.
Rury is survived by her husband Roberto, daughter Lissette, son Roberto, Jr. and his wife, Dana, two grandchildren, Brianna and Gabriel. She also leaves behind her sister, Esperanza Perez, and numerous loving relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2017, 12 pm. with a viewing one hour prior to services at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home, 5475 N. US Highway 1., Cocoa, FL. 32927
