Bill was born on Tuesday, April 30,1946 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His parents were Betty Wiseman Litz and William John Litz. Bill moved to central Florida in 1974. In 1975, he met his partner for life; Wendy Sheaffer. Together, they raised their precious and loving son, Michael William Litz born on September 22,1975 and who passed on March 12, 2024. Remaining survivors: The love of his life Wendy Sheaffer and Sweet Pea the Rottweiler.
