As the first born son he had the auspicious responsibility of being a leader to his brothers as they came along and of course aggravating his big sister.
David graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in Atlanta, GA. Before being stricken by illness David enjoyed a stellar reputation as an industrious and hardworking man. When not working his favorite past times were playing baseball, watching westerns, basketball and of course Law and Order SVU (mainly because he loved Ice T.)
Although David had a small frame it couldn’t hold a candle to his huge appetite for his favorite southern foods which included fried chicken, black-eyed peas and ever present chitterlings.
David answered the final buzzer on November 26, 2020. David leaves behind two sons David (Jocelyn) Lambert, Jr and Octavias (Tiwanna) Lambert, 15 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Big sister Alberta Ingram, brother Morris Lambert and a host of nieces and nephews. He leaves to join his brother Ralph Lambert who’ll be waiting for him with open arms.
