Charles was born November 15, 1925 in Chanute, KS, the son of Gladys (Parsons) and Charles M. Wall, Sr. He attended Pan American University and proudly served his country in the United States Army Air Force. Charles retired after 20 years of service from the Texas Engineering Extension Service in 1986.
Charles is survived by and will be missed by his wife, Lucille Wall, whom he married on September 19, 2001; three step children, eight grandchildren 15 great grandchildren and many extended family members and close friends.
Mr. Wall will be interred in the columbarium at Houston National Cemetery.
